Friday Photo's

                                                                       Black & White

I wanted to use my own photo for this because the black and white made my dog look old and sad, even though he is a very energetic happy puppy. The way his eyes look up as though something is wrong, and the way he is lying adds to the dramatic sadness.

Find Something Blue

I wanted to do something different for this Friday so I chose gum! We walk all over this stuff everyday and I thought I would bring it to the camera (or bring the camera to it).

                                                                            Words

I chose to do my own interpretation of this fridays photo about a girl who shows that she is herself. I have the graffiti  in the background to bring out the emotion. I wanted both writing on the model and have the graffiti in the background to show both ways of my interpretation.

                                                                Light Within The Dark

For this weeks friday photo of light within dark I chose this creepy setting. I liked how all of the lights turned off in this locker room and made that setting of a horror movie that shows that bright light and that is when the character goes around that corner and gets killed. This is the light behind the dark or, for the terror like picture, the dark behind the light.

                                                                Minimize the Horizon

When I took this photo, I knew right away that this would be this weeks friday photo. You can see the trees disappear into the distance  as well as the clouds and sky.

                                                                   Creases and Folds

I saw the texture in this piece of fabric and it immediately caught my eyes because of the peaks and dips.

Repetitive Pattern
As soon as I saw this drying rack, I immediately saw my friday photo for this week.

Shiny Metal Surface
I made Brianna get down to get in the reflection of the trucks bumper. The water pellets made it somewhat distorted.
